For the role, you will need to have (a) passed the LPC or be studying for it part-time, or (b) passed SQE1. Accreditation under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) at any level is desirable but not necessary. However, they especially welcome applications from those already accredited as Senior Caseworkers under the IAAS. To be offered a 2-year training contract, you will need to successfully complete a probationary period (normally 6 months) as a Caseworker with them before being eligible to start a Training Contract.
