Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre is looking for an Advice Team Leader. As Advice Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring their advice services are delivered to high quality standards with a strong focus on their Gateway Service but will also work across other teams as required. You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives. You will support and provide cover for Team Leaders of other subject areas, and will also work in their City Centre Hub supporting advice through face to face, telephone and digital channels.
