Gold Jennings is recruiting a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the financial and operational aspects of their expanding firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Directors, have responsibilities for areas that include financial health, compliance, marketing and HR, and therefore play a leading role in the firm’s continuing growth. The position is for ambitious candidates who already have significant leadership and operational management experience, ideally within the legal sector and who meet the person specification. Experience of legal practice, and in particular, legal aid is highly desirable.
