Following the recent session on navigating GP appointments during perimenopause and menopause, Neema will be returning for a practical workshop focused on strength training during this stage of life.
The session will explore why strength training matters during perimenopause and menopause, including support for muscle mass, bone health, energy, mobility and long-term wellbeing.
We’ll also cover:
- how to get started realistically
- why home workouts can be highly effective
- simple ways to build strength around busy lives
The workshop will include a short 5-minute live workout demonstration, showcasing the style of training Neema teaches through her Lift and Thrive programme using minimal equipment at home.
There will also be time for discussion and questions throughout.
Neema Sempebwa is a certified menopause coach and women’s fitness specialist who supports women navigating perimenopause and menopause through education, practical guidance and lived experience.
