This is the most comprehensive management and leadership training programme for the non-profit specialist advice sector, developed by Matthew Howgate and Vicky Ling following extensive research with practitioners.
The course is aimed at current or likely future managers from non-profit specialist advice agencies that do end to end casework (Citizens Advice, Law Centres, specialist Advice UK and other independent advice agencies).
